Delicious Butter Pork Chops

Ingredients
6 pieces pork chops
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
1 egg white
1 tbsp cornstarch
oil for frying
Butter sauce
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
50g butter
20 curry leaves
5.29 tbsp evaporated milk
2 tbsp all purpose cream
¼ tsp chicken powder (bouillon cubes)
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp pepper
2 chopped bird's eye chili (labuyo)

Instructions:
In medium bowl, mix pork chops with baking soda, salt, sugar, pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, egg whites and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes or more. Discard excess marinade after.
In a medium pan, heat oil about a cup of oil or more and deep fry pork chops until it turns brownish or golden. Drain from oil and set in paper towels.
In the same pan, using heat 1 tbsp oil and saute garlic, add butter, curry leaves, milk and cream. Let it boil, until sauce becomes thick.
Season with chicken powder, sugar, pepper and chopped bird's eye chili.
Add pork chops and toss in sauce
