FRIED LIEMPO

Fried liempo ala Kris Aquino from Kris TV episode that she just utter on the spot.



INGREDIENTS:

Pork liempo
3 tablespoons calamansi or lime
3 T patis
sprinkle of magic sarap
sprinkle of pepper

Procedure:

1) Boil liempo in water for 45 minutes to 1 hour until tender
2) Take it out from the boiling water and set aside until cool to touch
3) Mix calamansi, patis, magic sarap and pepper and marinade the pork liempo with the mixture for 30 minutes or over night.
4) Deep fry in 350 degree vegetable oil, batch by batch.
5) Once it's brown and floats, put on a plate serve with Mang Tomas.
