- It is not advisable to give yogurt to infants.
- Wholemilk Baby Yogurt is recommended for babies atleast 1 year and up and with your Pedias approval.
- Never give low fat and fat free yogurt to baby.
- Adult full fat yogurt made with whole milk is okay to serve to your baby 1 year old and up.

Ingredients:
2 spoons of Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk Baby Yogurt)
8 ounce of Baby Formula milk
2-3 small slices of any fruit (Mango, Banana etc.)
Mix Yogurt, Formula Milk and your choice of fruit and blender it until smooth! You can serve it in baby's milk bottle.
