30 Minutes Easy Meatballs Recipe

Filipino Buffalo Style Meatballs
This recipe is inspired from Carlsbad Cravings website I am following. All of her recipes are tempting to taste and to cook. I can relate on her cooking style and technique. She infuse it with delicious flavors and spices. Very flavorful palette! But I decided to cook my own version since I don't have all the spices listed on her recipe and I don't use oven for cooking. She also used honey, Frank Hot Sauce and apricot preservatives, but I opted to omit because a bottle of honey is too expensive and the apricot preserves and Franks Sauce is not common item in the supermarket. Carlsbad also used Cumin and Smoked Paprika. I actually found Cumin powder, but the smell is a bit foreign to me so I didn't add it. Her smoke paprika is not available in the supermarket. As an alternate I found in wikipedia that Smoked paprika taste like a barbeque flavored paprika. So, I added barbeque powder instead. Nevertheless, this recipe is so flavorful and delicious. Try this easy simple version mine. Thanks to Jen from Carlsbad Cravings!
